Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the “Akillis - Christmas 2025” Contest
Akillis Saint-Honoré II, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital as duly registered, whose registered office is located at 100 rue d’Estreux, 59264 Onnaing, France (hereinafter referred to as the “Organising Company”), hereby informs participants of the following amendment to the rules of the “Akillis Christmas 2025” contest.
Article 1 – Acknowledgement of No Winners
At the end of the initial contest period, held from December 1 to December 6, 2025 inclusive, it was noted that none of the three winning codes previously designated had been assigned, as no participant presented one of said winning codes in the boutique.
As a result, no prizes were awarded at the end of the initial contest period.
Article 2 – Extension of the Contest
In order to allow for the awarding of the prizes initially planned, the Organising Company has decided to extend the contest.
The “Akillis Christmas 2025” contest will therefore continue from December 17 to December 24, 2025 inclusive, under the terms set out in this amendment.
Article 3 – New Participation Terms
For the extension period, the participation terms are amended as follows:
The distribution of chocolate lollipops is discontinued.
Participation in the contest will now take place via a QR code made available in the Akillis boutique and/or on flyers.
The QR code will redirect participants to the original contest page, allowing them to register and receive a unique code sent by email.
All other aspects of the contest process remain strictly identical to those provided for in the initial rules.
Article 4 – Limitation of Participation
The limitation to one participation per person remains applicable to the contest as a whole.
Accordingly, any person who has already participated in the initial contest period, held from December 1 to December 6, 2025, may not participate again during the extension period.
Any attempt at multiple participation, including across both contest periods, will result in the cancellation of the participation concerned and render the participant ineligible to receive a prize.
Article 5 – Retention of Winning Codes
The three winning codes designated prior to the launch of the initial contest remain unchanged and shall remain valid until the final closure of the contest, i.e. December 24, 2025 inclusive.
Article 6 – Retention of Other Provisions
All other provisions of the initial “Akillis Christmas 2025” contest rules remain unchanged and fully applicable.
This amendment supplements the initial rules and forms an integral part thereof.
In the event of any inconsistency between the initial rules and this amendment, the provisions of this amendment shall prevail.
Article 7 – Acceptance of the Amendment
Participation in the contest during the extension period implies full and unconditional acceptance of this amendment, as well as of the initial contest rules.
Article 8 – Filing and Consultation
This amendment is available free of charge upon simple request to the Organising Company. This amendment to the contest rules has been filed with the firm V.B.P. – Associated Judicial Officers, located at 8 rue d’Aboukir, 92400 Courbevoie.
