Delivery
Purchase of an Akillis creation for France or Monaco:
- Standard delivery via TNT (Fedex) is offered for all orders. You will receive your order within five (5) to eight (8) working days after
placing your order.
- Express delivery via TNT (Fedex) is offered at a price of €15 including tax (free for any order greater than €1,500 including tax). You will receive your order within two (2) to three (3) working days after placing your order.
- In the event of ordering a piece of jewelry with a personalized laser engraving, the delivery time receipt is extended to fifteen (15) working days.
Purchase of an Akillis creation for a member country of the Union European (excluding France and Monaco):
- Standard delivery via Fedex is offered for all orders. You will recieve your order within five (5) to eight (8) working days after placing it of your order.
- Express delivery via Fedex is offered at a price of €30 including tax (free for any order greater than €1,500 including tax). You will receive your order within a deadline two (2) to three (3) working days after placing your order.
- In the event of ordering a piece of jewelry with a personalized laser engraving, the delivery time receipt is extended to fifteen (15) working days.
Purchase of an Akillis creation for a country outside the Union
European:
- Standard delivery via UPS is offered at a price of €30 including tax. You will receive your order within ten (10) working days after placing your order.
- Express delivery via UPS is offered at a price of €50 including tax. You will receive your order within five (5) to eight (8) working days after placing your order.
- In the event of ordering a piece of jewelry with a personalized laser engraving, the delivery time receipt is extended to twenty (20) working days.
- Outside the European Union, we can deliver to the following countries: United States, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.
- If your country is not in our shipping list at the time of finalization of your order, we invite you to contact our customer service at eshop@akillis.fr indicating the country of destination as well as the desired items (Item name, size, metal, reference, etc.).
Return conditions:
Akillis offers you the possibility of returning your jewelry free of charge within thirty (30) days (excluding discount operations, private sales or exceptional sales).
During exceptional discount operations, returns will be charged €15 including tax (converted into the local currency) and must be sent back within fourteen (14) days.
We invite you to write an email to eshop@akillis.fr with your intention to return your order, making sure you have your number order as well as your delivery postal code. Our teams will send you the instructions to follow to return your jewelry.
Upon receipt of your package, we will contact you by email in order to confirm the processing of your refund.
Please note, only products in perfect condition, unworn and returned in their original packaging may be subject to return.
Personalized products with laser engraving cannot be returned.
Likewise, custom-made products cannot be subject to a return.
