Akillis jewelry adheres to strict standards and undergoes rigorous checks at each stage of production, from manufacturing to shipping. Each piece is engraved with essential details such as the metal used, a unique identification number, and the Akillis signature. As a customer, you benefit from a legal warranty of conformity or against hidden defects for a duration of two (2) years from the date of receipt of your jewelry. This warranty applies to any quality issues that may arise within two (2) years after the purchase of your jewelry, subject to presentation of a purchase invoice and upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect following an assessment by our workshops.

The following situations are not covered by this legal warranty:

• Normal wear and tear, and natural aging;

• Improper use of your Akillis jewelry resulting in breakages, impacts, deformations, stains, or scratches, due to activities contrary to our usage advice.

• When an Akillis piece of jewelry has been repaired or disassembled outside of a network authorized by the brand, in which case Akillis cannot be held responsible.

• The warranty does not apply to jewelry for which the legal warranty of conformity is no longer valid due to their date of purchase. In such a situation, you may be asked to contribute to the repair costs, upon assessment of a quote by our workshops.
