Rules of the “Akillis - Christmas 2025” Contest
Article 1 – Organisation
Akillis Saint-Honoré II, a simplified joint-stock company with its share capital as duly registered, whose registered office is located at 100 rue d’Estreux, 59264 Onnaing, France, and listed in the Trade and Companies Register under the appropriate registration number (hereinafter referred to as the “Organising Company”), is organising a free contest with no purchase obligation entitled “Akillis - Christmas 2025”, which will take place from December 1 to December 6, 2025 inclusive.
Article 2 – Conditions of participation
The contest is open to any natural person of legal age, residing in France or abroad, with the exception of employees of the Organising Company and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organisation of the contest.
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Only one entry per person (same name, same email address and/or same telephone number) is permitted for the entire duration of the contest.
In the event of a double entry or any attempt at fraud, the participation will be cancelled and the participant concerned will no longer be eligible to win.
Article 3 – Terms of participation
During the contest period, an Akillis-branded cycle carrier will circulate around the Akillis boutique located at 354 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, and will distribute Akillis chocolate lollipops free of charge to passers-by.
Each lollipop will feature a QR code giving access to an online registration form.
Participants must fill in the following fields:
- Last name
- First name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Tick the box: “I confirm that I have read the contest rules and accept their terms.”
Once the form has been submitted, the participant will receive a unique code by email.
They must then go to the Akillis boutique (354 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris) to verify whether their code corresponds to one of the three winning codes.
Article 4 – Selection of winners
A bailiff will designate, prior to the start of the contest, the three winning numbers from among the 2,000 codes randomly assigned to the distributed lollipops.
The winning codes will therefore be predetermined and not drawn after the contest begins.
When a participant presents in-store a code that matches one of the winning codes, they will be immediately identified as a winner of the contest.
Article 5 – Prizes
The 3 winners will each receive one of the following two prizes:
- For female winners, the prize awarded will be the 18k yellow gold “Capture Me” necklace – One Size – Reference PCA0004.
- For male winners, the prize awarded will be the 18k yellow gold “Capture Me” necklace – One Size – Reference PCA0009.
The individual commercial value of the prize will be provided upon request.
Under no circumstances may the prizes be exchanged, refunded, converted into financial compensation, or exchanged for any other product or service.
Article 6 – Announcement of results
Winners will be informed directly in the boutique when their code is verified.
With their prior consent, the winners’ first and last names may be published on Akillis’ official channels (website, social media, etc.).
Article 7 – Liability
The Organising Company shall not be held liable in the event of loss, theft, or destruction of a lollipop or its QR code, nor in the event of any technical malfunction preventing participation (internet connection issues, mobile device problems, etc.).
Article 8 – Personal data
The information collected as part of this contest is processed by the Organising Company, Akillis Saint-Honoré II, acting as data controller.
This data is used:
- For the management of the contest, including participation, code verification, and prize distribution;
- As well as for digital communication purposes (CRM), in order to keep participants informed about Akillis news, updates, and offers.
Participants may unsubscribe or object to receiving communications from Akillis at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each email or by submitting a request to:

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, or port their data, as well as the right to object to its processing.
Data will be retained for a period consistent with the purposes described above, then deleted or anonymised.
Article 9 – Consultation of the rules
The present rules are available free of charge upon simple request to the Organising Company. The contest rules have been filed with the firm V.B.P. – Associated Judicial Officers, located at 8 rue d’Aboukir, 92400 Courbevoie.
Article 10 – Disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these rules that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Organising Company’s registered office.
Article 11 – Reimbursement of participation costs and prize conditions
As participation is free and requires no purchase, no reimbursement will be made.
The prize awarded may under no circumstances give rise to an exchange, refund, or any financial or material compensation.
No exchange will be possible, including for another Akillis item, even one of equivalent value.
