Delivery
- Standard delivery offered in France (via TNT) and in the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (via Fedex) within 5 to 8 working days.
- Standard delivery via UPS in the United States and the United Arab Emirates (via UPS) within 10 working days, for a cost of €30 including tax (converted to local currency).
- In the case of an order with laser engraving, receipt times may extend to 15 working days in the European Union, and 20 working days for countries outside the European Union.
Returns
You have the option of returning your jewelry free of charge within 30 days from the date of receipt (excluding exceptional discount operations). To return your item, please write to us at eshop@akillis.fr .
