ENGRAVING
The AKILLIS brand can offer OS engraving on certain models depending on the constraints of the product in technical and aesthetic terms. If OS wish to have a personalized engraving carried out on an AKILLIS product, we invite OS to contact our Customer Service, in order to provide them with the data.
Personalized AKILLIS jewelry orders are non-cancellable and items in these orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
AKILLIS reserves the right to refuse any order for personalized items containing inappropriate, illegal or contrary to AKILLIS brand image. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any information it provides.

The possibility of engraving OSr item, as well as the possible price of the engraving will be confirmed to OS upon receipt of OSr request.
A request for engraving can be made subsequently.
PACKAGING
All AKILLIS pieces are supplied with special AKILLIS packaging, consisting (depending on the size of the piece of jewelry purchased) of either a pouch or a case and an outer box and a branded shopping bag .

To better assist OS in choosing OSr jewelry, we provide OS with this size guide which aims to help OS determine the most accurate size for the desired piece. If, however, OS have any doubt regarding the size selected, please note that exchange terms are available to OS and can be consulted in the section
Please note that the size of a ring may vary slightly depending on the model. An average size is between 52 and 53.
